James started in the warehouse, worked through all the crafts, and eventually became the production manager. After 15 years managing small to large-scale events, he became vice president of production. His role is to assist sales and manage our team of project managers to ensure every production is successful. He is proficient in networking and IT, production design and rendering, audio-visual system design and implementation, and control system programming. Josh Templet, inventory and cross rental manager at Corporate Lighting & Audio, ensures that our rented gear is returned to us correctly and on time. Josh is also responsible for processing incoming inventory and inputting the new items into our inventory software. When the warehouse staff pulls gear for shows, he answers any questions related to our inventory and assists in the pulling, staging, and loading process. Mike Sidman
Mike Sidman, project manager at Corporate Lighting & Audio, has a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in music theory and composition with a minor in general business. He is an experienced production manager with a demonstrated history of production management, sales, event management, and media and communications. He has produced events for Pepsi, Smoothie King, Coca Cola, to name a few, and thrives on working with clients through the thought, design, and execution stages of every event. Robert Self

Robert Self
Robert Self, project manager and lighting and scenic director at Corporate Lighting & Audio, has served as a production manager in various theaters and facilities worldwide. Robert has extensive experience working with students, volunteers, the Actors’ Equity Association, and IATSE professionals in settings including theater, dance, live music, and corporate events. As a project manager, he is responsible for creating production schedules, overseeing budgets, interacting with designers and artists, and ensuring all technical requirements for each production are met. As lighting and scenic director, he coordinates local and national events, from simple productions to large-scale events requiring exacting schedules and extensive technical elements. Annual events include the Super Bowl Experience, NAACP National Convention, and New Orleans Jazz Fest. Nicholas Frederick, project manager at Corporate Lighting & Audio, previously worked in the live theater industry, serving as the managing director at Jefferson Performing Arts Society for nearly a decade before COVID-19 forced a career change.
